Working in partnership the developer appointed LGSS for their residential scheme on and old school site, to deliver new affordable homes in the area.
Situated, approximately ½ mile from the coast, the residential scheme constructed 9 new dwellings across 2, 3storey blocks.
Featuring LGSS 14m long ScrewPiles and engineered Ground Beams, the LGSS team completed the Foundation and LGS Frame install in the 6 week.
